How To Market Your Home

In the old days of selling real estate, realtors would adhere to the 3 P’s of selling a home: Put a sign in the yard, Put the home on the MLS and Pray that it sells. What is critical now to attract home buyers to your home are the following 3 P’s: Preparation of your home, a Pricing strategy and here's the big one: Promotion of your home.

My marketing strategy and my marketing campaigns are designed to attract the most buyer eyeballs as possible in today’s market. The key word here is EXPOSURE. Now, buyers are everywhere, if you know where to look and how to find them. So, where do you need to go looking for buyers? Well....buyers are online.

According to the National Association of Realtors over 95% of home buyers start their search online now, and so that's why it's so important to have a very aggressive marketing strategy that takes into account online marketing and social media marketing. A marketing strategy must expose your home to the maximum number of potential buyers who are currently in the marketplace today.

I utilize a marketing plan with so many different exposure points, such as marketing on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Linkedin. All of these different tools, technologies and activities are utilized to make sure that your home gets seen worldwide by the most potential buyers currently in the marketplace today.

On top of this there are huge benefits marketing your home within the RE/MAX network. 1 in every 3 homes in Canada is sold by RE/MAX. In Ontario, consumers visit RE/MAX.ca more than any other real estate franchise. Internationally, there are 142,000 agents in 100 countries. At the Brokerage level, RE/MAX Hallmark is the #1 Brokerage in Ontario for total unit sales with over 1700 agents. Now that’s EXPOSURE!

Would you like to discuss the home selling process and an action plan that will help you navigate from "LISTED" to "SOLD"? Let's meet for a coffee, no obligation.
